1993
Gli inizi nel turismo internazionale
The journey begins with the Ventaglio Group, which will become the leading tour operator for the Italian market. An experience that opens up fundamental geographical and human horizons: Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Mexico, Kenya, Madagascar, Zanzibar, Sardinia, Sicily. Not tourist destinations—places to be explored in depth.
2005
La prima società in Brasile
The first real estate company is founded in Maceió, Brazil. The goal is clear from the start: high-quality projects for the rental and tourism markets. Residential complexes directly on the sea, with integrated hotel services. Success is immediate—on the local Brazilian and Italian markets.
2015
La nascita di Elli Real Estate
After more than twenty years of international operations, the decision was made to build a dedicated structure that encompasses all the expertise accumulated. Elli Real Estate was born: one company in Italy and one in Brazil, with a direct operational presence in Zanzibar. Not a new adventure—the formalization of a proven method.
Today
Three markets,
a method
Italy, Zanzibar, Brazil. B2C and B2B operations, Club Deals, and direct development. The founder co-invests in every proposed operation. Riccardo personally oversees Zanzibar. 80% of investors return to work with us.

He has lived and worked in Zanzibar since day one. He supervises construction sites, manages relations with local authorities, and ensures post-purchase management for each investor. He is the concrete guarantee in the area.
